Jump bar added, and jumping bug fixed.

Now players can disable or enable a jump bar that assists in better jump calculation. The bar can be deactivated in the jump level options. Additionally, the jumping bug, where some players were facing an issue where pressing the jump button didn't register pressure, and the character performed a maximum jump with just a light tap, has been fixed.
